Rivington Hall Barn Wedding Photography

Rebecca & Sam got married!! On Saturday I had the privilege of capturing their beautiful wedding at the gorgeous Rivington Hall Barn. Amidst the weeks of soggy weather we’ve had, once again the forecast got it wrong and we had glorious sunshine!! (you can’t make it up! Book me and I’ll bring the sunshine haha!) I was over the moon that we even got a glorious golden hour, complete with the resident owl swooping down for his dinner whilst we were having fun in the field!

Bridal Prep at Rivington Hall Barn

My day started with the girls getting ready at the house. The prep rooms are so beautiful and light, a dream for getting ready! The girls were super organised so the morning was really lovely & chilled! Rebecca looked so stunning in her dress, Sam was absolutely blown away when she walked down the aisle.

Wedding Ceremony at Rivington Hall Barn

The ceremony took place in the barn, which was beautifully decorated, such a stunning space! This pair were just so happy to be reunited with each other at the top of the aisle and to be married! After the ceremony we had one of the longest confetti lines ever, followed by couples portraits & group shots!

Drinks Reception on the Terrace at Rivington Hall Barn

Whilst we were busy capturing some beautiful photos the guests enjoyed a wonderful drinks reception on the terrace, entertained by the very talented Paddy Higginson on sax. After the couple had some time mingling with their guests & soaking in the glorious atmosphere it was inside for a delicious wedding breakfast! Entertainment and games were provided throughout by Pat Mulligan!

Golden Hour Portraits at Rivingoton Hall Barn

After wedding breakfast Rebecca threw her bouquet, whilst I kept my eye on the sunshine to capture some golden hour portraits and oh my goodness did the sun deliver! The clouds parted and for a few minutes we had absolute perfection 🤎 then it was back inside for the cutting of their stunning rustic cake, and first dance. Rivington have the most amazing confetti canons which go off during first dance, an absolute show stopper! Rebecca then had a dance with her dad and then the party started! I left everyone going wild on the dance floor! What a wedding 🤍
