MEET REBECCA
I've photographed hundreds of weddings over the last 13 years, and I still get ridiculously excited when the light does something lovely. I have a soft spot for an outrageously long veil. Slightly impractical. Excellent in photographs. I also still cry at speeches. You'd think I'd be used to them by now.
I'm based in Lancashire, a mum to three boys and a miniature dachshund called Lottie, and I know how much the photographs of your favourite people can mean.
Having your photo taken can feel a bit awkward. I get it. You don't need to know how to pose or what to do with your hands - I'll help with all of that. We'll chat, have a laugh and give you a bit of time together while I make beautiful photographs.
When I'm photographing your wedding, I bring that enthusiasm along with the experience to know when to offer a little guidance and when to let things happen. I'll notice the details, help you feel comfortable and keep an eye on the light while you're busy enjoying yourselves.
I take what I do seriously. Myself, slightly less so.

You can love editorial photographs without having the slightest idea how to stand for one. That part is my job.
I’ll choose the setting, find the light and guide you through your portraits, giving you something more helpful than “just act natural”. There’s room to move, talk, laugh and take in the fact that you’ve just got married. You can leave the worrying about what to do with your hands to me. You've made enough decisions by this point.
We’ll plan time for those photographs alongside everything else you’re looking forward to. Your drinks reception, your friends, the food you spent ages choosing - you should get to enjoy those too.
For the rest of the day, I’m watching, anticipating and photographing what unfolds. The finished gallery brings it all together: the beautiful portraits, the atmosphere and the moments you couldn’t possibly have planned.

1. SAY HELLO - Tell me what you're planning.
Send me your date, venue and a little about the two of you. I'll check my availability and send over my brochure. If you like we can arrange a call to chat through your plans and see how we get along.
2. SECURE YOUR DATE - Let's get you in my diary
Secure your wedding date in my diary with a signed contract and a £300 booking fee.
3. PLAN TOGETHER - We create a relaxed timeline together.
As the wedding gets closer, we'll go through the details: the people, the plans and the photographs you're already imagining. If there's a staircase you fell in love with when you booked the venue, I want to know about it. I'll help with timings so you know there's space for those photographs within the day you've planned.
4. YOUR WEDDING DAY - Calm, unobtrusive coverage throughout your day.
You'll have me there to guide you when it helps, organise the group photographs and notice what's happening around you. You can get on with getting married, celebrating and seeing everyone you love.
5. RELIVE IT ALL - Sneak peeks in 48 hours. Your full gallery, beautifully edited and ready to relive.
Your sneak peeks arrive within 48 hours. Then I carefully select and edit your full gallery, bringing together everything from the big moments to the details and expressions you missed at the time.

FAQ
Where are you based and where do you travel for weddings?
I’m based in Lancashire and regularly photograph weddings across the Ribble Valley, Cheshire and Manchester. I'm a recommended supplier at Eaves Hall, The Barn at Morley's Hall, The River Barn, and Browsholme & the Tithe Barn and am lucky to return there frequently, but I’m always happy to explore somewhere new. If you’re getting married further afield, tell me what you’re planning.
How would you describe your photography style?
My work combines editorial portraits with natural, documentary photography. I pay close attention to light, composition and the details you’ve carefully chosen, while leaving plenty of room for the day to unfold.
For portraits, I’ll offer direction so you feel comfortable and the photographs look considered. Throughout the rest of the day, I’m capturing the people, expressions and atmosphere that make it yours.
We're not very comfortable in front of the camera. Is that a problem?
Not at all. You don’t need to turn up knowing your best angle or what to do with your hands.
I’ll give you clear, gentle guidance and time to settle into it. We’ll talk, move around and keep things relaxed. Being photographed will be a much more fun part of the day than you’re imagining.
When should we book?
Most of my couples book 12–18 months ahead, so once your venue and date are confirmed, it’s worth getting in touch. Summer Saturdays tend to be particularly popular.
If your wedding is sooner, please do still ask. I may have your date available.
Have you photographed our venue before?
Possibly - but it’s absolutely fine if I haven’t. In fact, I absolutely love finding a fresh perspective and unleashing my creativity somewhere new.
I arrive early to every wedding, whether I have worked at that venue before or not, to explore the setting, and the light on that particular day and choose the best locations for portraits. The way I work adapts to the place, the weather and what you’ve planned.
Do you offer engagement or pre-wedding sessions?
Yes, you can add a pre-wedding shoot to your booking. It gives us time to get to know each other and create some beautiful photographs together before the wedding.
It’s particularly helpful if being in front of the camera feels unfamiliar. We’ll choose a setting, have a wander and a natter and take things at an easy pace, so you’ll know exactly what to expect when the wedding comes around (and by the end of the session you'll actually be looking forward to your wedding photographs being taken - I promise!)
When will we receive our photos?
You’ll receive sneak peeks within 48 hours, followed by your full, carefully edited gallery in around 8-10 weeks.
Your online gallery makes it easy to view, download and share your photographs with family and friends.
Do you offer wedding albums?
Yes. I offer handcrafted fine art albums, printed on archival paper and designed around your photographs.
I’ll help you bring your favourites together in a layout that gives them room to be enjoyed. And if your shortlist is less "a few favourites" and more "nearly the entire gallery", I can help with that too.
There’s something really special about sitting down with your album and turning the pages together.
