I am absolutely thrilled to share Ruby & Josh's beautiful wedding day at the stunning Eaves Hall in Lancashire. The day was a gorgeous blend of rustic charm, laughter & romance (complete with their cute little dogs!) As a Lancashire wedding photographer with over 10 years of experience, working at the glorious Eaves Hall is always a pleasure, and this wedding was no exception. I loved capturing every magical moment.
Bridal Prep at Eaves Hall
My day began with Ruby and her bridesmaids at the lodge at the end of the drive - hair ant make up were well underway and the atmosphere was organised with a buzz of nervous energy and excitement! Once the girls' hair and make up was done, they hitched a lift up the drive in Eaves Hall's Range Rover. Meanwhile, Josh and the groomsmen were getting their suits on in the bridal suite - they scrubbed up well! Josh also had the important task of dressing their little pooch in her wedding tutu which she seemed to love wearing and pranced around the bridal suite wagging her little tail!
After capturing some images of the boys I went next door to join Ruby and her bridesmaids in time for her putting on her gorgeous wedding dress. She looked absolutely stunning..I knew Josh was going to be blown away when he saw his wife to be walking down the aisle a little while later!
We captured some beautiful images of Ruby and the girls before I headed downstairs to the ceremony room to wait with Josh for the arrival of his bride.

The grounds of Eaves Hall provide the perfect backdrop for capturing couple's portraits. Having been lucky enough to work as an Eaves Hall wedding photographer regularly, I guided them through the gorgeous locations around the grounds and gardens, ensuring we made the most of all the beautiful locations available! There are so many beautiful spots to choose from at Eaves Hall, it's important to have a plan of where you are going to go beforehand to ensure you still allow plenty of time for mingling with your guests during your drinks reception, as you could easily get carried away!

The speeches..wow! With a thespian as a best man, the audience was in for a treat. Perfectly delivered and filled with laughter (much to the expense of poor Josh!), they were some of the best speeches I've had the privilege of listening to! Josh's speech was equally wonderful - what a talented bunch!
After a delicious wedding breakfast, Ruby went up to the balcony for the traditional bouquet toss, caught with absolute delight by one of her bridesmaids. A moment of pure joy captured forever!
Next came the cake cutting - a masterpiece created by Josh's talented mum, followed by a stunning first dance. Ruby and Josh surprised their guests with a choreographed routine which got all their guests up on their feet and dancing! I was very impressed by everyone's fluent Spanish singing and dancing, and left them dancing the night away with everyone that they love the most in the world! The perfect end to the most perfect day.
