IF YOU’RE PLANNING A WEDDING AT DIDSBURY HOUSE HOTEL IN MANCHESTER, YOU’LL LOVE THIS WEDDING FOR INSPIRATION!

Amy and Adam got married at Didsbury House Hotel, which is a A luxury Victorian townhouse in fashionable suburb of Didsbury, Manchester. It was a gorgeous autumnal day and the sun shone all day long!

The Ceremony

The ceremony was very personal to Amy & Adam, conducted by Manchester Registration Services in the Blue Lounge of Didsbury House Hotel. During the ceremony they read their own vows.

After the ceremony, we headed to the local park to capture some couples portraits in the beautiful golden hour light.

Why DIDSBURY HOUSE HOTEL is a great place to get married

Didsbury House Hotel is perfect for couples who want a chilled out wedding, and is one of the most laid back places to get married in Manchester. The venue offers delicious food – and there are lots of places that are great for photos.

The Reception

When we returned to the hotel, guests sat down to a delicious reception dinner which was also in the Blue Lounge, following a room change round. During the meal, guests were treated to a spontaneous sing song from the AMAZING singing waiters. They had everyone up on their feet and really got the party started!

As the night went on, the party moved to the evening reception room, where the dance floor was packed with guests of all ages as they danced the night away to some absolute tunes from the fabulous DJ. The atmosphere was electric, and it was clear that everyone was having the best time.

I really enjoyed working at this venue because it is so quirky and original, with stunning Victorian architecture around every corner. There are many fantastic locations for photos inside, from the beautiful staircase with it's stained glass windows, to the stunning building itself.

The Couple

Amy wore a gown with stunning lace details and a blush layer, and Adam wore a rustic tweed suit with an emerald green tie and accessories. They looked incredible, and perfect for an autumnal wedding.

The couple got in touch with me last year, they said they wanted a photographer who would be like a guest, and I loved that they just wanted to party with the people who mean the most to them in the world.
