RIVINGTON ENGAGEMENT SESSION - BECKY & TOM
Locations for winter pre-wedding shoots are more important than other times of the year, as most trees have lost all of their leaves. So we have to find other ways to bring in that all important colour! Rivington was the perfect choice; with its tall fir trees and ochre coloured ferns, all bathed in the winter sun (for the first half of our session, the other half was a little drizzley!), it made the perfect backdrop for our session.
We went for a long leisurely stroll allowing us all to hit our step count for the day! We stopped to capture some beautiful images against the forest, castle & reservoir backdrops whenever it took our fancy.
A pre wedding shoot is a great way to put any nerves to bed before the big day. Even the most camera shy people end up having fun by the end of our sessions! It’s also a wonderful way to catch up and find out all about your wedding day as we go for a wander!
Needless to say, I’m really looking forward to capturing Becky & Tom’s wedding day at one of my favourite venues of all – the gorgeous Eaves Hall in a few weeks time!
