I found out yesterday that I have been awarded one of the top 3 professional photographers in Salford! I’m feeling so proud of this achievement! If you need a photographer for your special day, then follow the links below and get in touch, I’d love to hear from you!
I was over the moon to be chosen to be a Charnock Farm wedding photographer for Danny and Sarah’s stunning wedding there. Weddings take place in the barn type extension which features high ceilings and gorgeous oak beams. You are able to have up to 100 guests during the day and 150 at night! In addition, there are also 12 en-suite bedrooms for family and friends to stay over with you on your wedding night.
Charnock farm is a family owned business and you can really see how much all the staff care and look after all of the wedding guests.
You can get in touch with their lovely team here. You may also want to go and have a look around on one of their open days, which you can do here.
Danny & Sarah’s Wedding at Charnock Farm
Danny and Sarah had such a brilliant wedding at Charnock Farm. I photographed Danny’s sisters wedding a few years ago and so I was looking forward to seeing the families again. The wind blew a bit and we had some good veil action which I always love.
It was a gorgeous day and everyone had lots of fun.
Here are just a few of Danny and Sarah’s images that I took at their wedding. Enjoy looking though the gallery.

This lady, Wow she is just everything you would want in a photographer and more. Rebecca was our wedding photographer and from the first chat going through ideas and showing her the venue she was invested and so excited for the day and to be part of it.
On the day, Rebecca made it fun and was so organised. She managed to do all this without anyone realising how much she was doing and planning.
The kids loved the fun pics (and the big kids) and the pictures of me and my wife…wow. We couldn’t be happier, my wife is a photographers dream, however Rebecca even made me look good (must be a magician).
How amazing to be asked to be a Falcon Manor wedding photographer! Laura and Martin decided to tie the knot at the gorgeous Falcon Manor, a stunning venue with gorgeous grounds and buildings. Originally built for a rich gent, Falcon Manor is now part of the fabulous James Places group, and is a beautiful location for your wedding day.
Fully restored from top to bottom and side to side, it’s glamorous and stylish with lots of contemporary twists. Plus there are photograph opportunities galore, with two bars, a snug, magnificent stairwell and a wonderful light-filled function room overlooking stunning terrace and gardens to the even more stunning Yorkshire Dales beyond.
You can contact the lovely team at Falcon Manor here, and you can request a copy of their brochure here.
Laura & Martin’s Falcon Manor Wedding
It was a joy to spend the day with these two and their friends and family – thank you for having me. When they received their photographs they sent a wonderful email as follows which made me very happy.
When we first met Rebecca we knew she would be fantastic in capturing our special day. From talking about our wedding day to meeting Rebecca at the wedding venue – the enthusiasm, energy and excitement she had was fantastic and made us very happy of our choice of wedding venue and photographer.
On the day everyone commented what a lovely lady she was. She was great in ensuring we captured the photos we wanted and most importantly the memories of our special day. She worked so hard on that day bless her.
And then when we got the photographs through, it was purely magical viewing the story of our wedding day.
We would highly recommend Rebecca to anyone. It’s an important role to get right for your special day and Rebecca does it so well and fits in so easily. We cannot thank her enough for capturing all the best and important bits of our wedding day that we’ll now have forever xx

Now I didn’t really know why we needed a photographer to document our wedding day. Surely everyone at a wedding takes pictures? We can just get a copy of those right? Wrong!!
Rebecca came to photograph our big day, luckily my wife chose her. She had so much enthusiasm even late into the evening. She always had a smile on her face and made us all feel relaxed.
When my wife and I sat down to look at the pictures, I was astounded. She had captured our day perfectly and it was great to relive it all over again. She got so many pictures and most of the time I wasn’t even aware of it happening.
I would recommend Rebecca so much to anyone that wants a photographer, not just for weddings but any event that you want to record for prosperity.
We had a fantastic day and it was captured by a fantastic photographer and now we can relive that special day whenever we want to. Thank you.

It was an absolute joy to be chosen to be a Ridgmont House wedding photographer! The gardens are a perfect setting for wedding photographs, with impressive trees, including an 800-year-old beech with a huge trunk. Koi carp float gently in a water lily pond and there is a charming cottage garden bursting with typical English flowers and a dovecote.

Jenny & Phill’s Wedding Photography
My style of photography is relaxed and natural so when I got to work with the fabulous Jenny and Phill at Ridgmont House, I was thrilled.
Jenny and Phill were the lucky winners of my ‘win your wedding photography’ collaboration with “Your Manchester Wedding” magazine, and they wanted a low key, relaxed day which they shared with all of their favourite people.
The bride got ready at home, while the Groomsmen went for a few beverages at the fabulous Victoria Inn (Fanny’s) in Bolton prior to their ceremony at Christ Church Heaton.
It was such a brilliant wedding reception at Ridgmont House. The speeches were hilarious as you can see from the guest’s reactions! It was a joy to spend the day with Jenny and Phill as their Ridgmont House wedding photographer. Here are some of my favourite photographs…
Thank you to these wonderful supplies for making the day fabulous:
I love being an Eaves Hall wedding photographer! It is without a doubt one of my favourite wedding venues… a glorious building surrounded by beautiful gardens set amidst the simply stunning countryside of the Ribble Valley.
It has a unique, contemporary country house ambience and atmosphere with 2 indoor rooms and 2 outdoor spaces licensed for civil ceremonies. This makes Eaves Hall a wonderful choice for small, intimate weddings and bigger blowouts for all your family and friends whatever the theme.
Eaves Hall is part of the fabulous James Places group of venues, along with Mitton Hall and Falcon Manor. The staff are really attentive and they look after you and your guests wonderfully.

Kylie & Paul’s Eaves Hall Wedding
Incredible thing happen when you are an Eaves Hall Wedding Photographer. I absolutely love working at the stunning venue and I was thrilled when the gorgeous Kylie and Paul booked me to shoot their wedding day.
Bridal Preparations at The Lodge at Eaves Hall
The bridal party hired The Lodge at the bottom of the driveway so they could all get ready together onsite. I have to say, I love it when everything is in one place, it takes the pressure off timings and travel logistics which in turn is one less thing to stress about on the day. Kylie looked incredible in her gown which had an incredible beaded back.
Wedding Ceremony at Eaves Hall
The couple said their I do’s in the light and airy ceremony room and then celebrated with drinks and canapés on the terrace. After the ceremony they walked down the steps through an amazing confetti tunnel, I always find this is such a lovely way to start the afternoon celebrations off. There were lots of hugs and hello’s from friends and family that haven’t been together for a long time. I love photographing people and emotions so this was a great time to capture the love and laughter.
Wedding Photographs in the Grounds of Eaves Hall
We snook off for half an hour to take some creative portraits of the newlyweds in the grounds of Eaves Hall. The weather was showery, but that didn’t stop us getting some stunning photos!
Wedding Reception at Eaves Hall
The couple then headed inside for their wedding breakfast and speeches. This is one of my favourite parts of the day to photograph your guest’s reactions to what is being said! The best man’s speech is always a highlight and today’s didn’t disappoint!
Kylie and Paul had also hired the singing waiters who surprised guests by breaking into song and dancing around the room, much to everyone’s delight!
Thank you Kylie and Paul, your day was just amazing I loved being with you and your family and I’m so happy you love your photos.
Here are just a few of Kylie and Paul’s images that I took at their wedding last year. Enjoy!
